This Privacy Policy explains how GWC PAY (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use Bills by GWC PAY on the web or in our mobile app.
Information we collect
We collect account details (name, phone number, email), KYC identifiers you submit (such as BVN or NIN), device and session data, wallet and transaction records, and messages you send to support.
How we use information
We use this information to create and secure your wallet, process bill payments and transfers, comply with CBN and AML/CFT obligations, prevent fraud, send transactional alerts, and improve the product.
Sharing
We share data with licensed payment partners, identity verification providers, and regulators when required by law. We do not sell your personal data.
Retention and security
Transaction and KYC records are retained for the periods required under Nigerian financial regulations. Access is restricted to authorised staff and partners under contract.
Your choices
