Terms of Service
The rules that govern your use of Bills by GWC PAY wallets, payments, and agent accounts.
These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and GWC PAY when you create an account or use Bills by GWC PAY.
The service
GWC PAY provides digital wallets, bill payment, airtime and data, transfers, and related value-added services as a reseller/aggregator mapped to CBN-licensed partners. Availability depends on those partners and on network conditions.
Eligibility and KYC
You must provide accurate information. Higher transaction limits require identity verification. We may suspend or close accounts that fail verification or present fraud risk.
Wallets and payments
Wallet credits from virtual accounts or card funding are final once confirmed by the payment partner. Purchases are processed against your available balance. Failed provider orders are refunded to your wallet after status confirmation.
Prohibited use
You may not use the service for money laundering, fraud, unlicensed forex, or any unlawful activity. We may freeze funds and report activity to competent authorities.
Agents and resellers
Agent and reseller pricing is subject to a separate upgrade fee and ongoing compliance with these Terms. We may change wholesale rates with notice in the app.
Liability
We are not liable for losses caused by incorrect meter numbers, smartcard IDs, or beneficiary details you enter, or for downtime at third-party processors, except where Nigerian law says otherwise.
